Beanipod offers a 14 days money back guarantee and a standard 12 month warranty (except general wear and tear) on all of our products.

How to cancel an order

Orders can be cancelled at anytime, up to the dispatch time of the order by emailing our support team at info@taruco.com quoting the order reference number and reason for cancellation. Once the item(s) have been dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled and customers will need to refer to our returns policy below.

Beanipod are happy to accept a return in the unlikely event that the customer is not happy in any way or the item is damaged/faulty.

We are so confident that you will love our Beanipods and find it useful that we will issue a full 100% refund if you don't.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the performance or quality of your Beanipod tablet stand, you can return it to us and we will refund the price paid, with no questions asked.

You must let us know within 14 days of purchase by email (info@taruco.com) or phone (+1.407.986.9999 in US and +84.85.247.3636 in Vietnam) quoting your order number.

Providing the item is in its original condition, we will authorize a return and issue a full refund within 48 to 72 hours of receiving the item back.

12 Month Warranty

In the very unlikely event your Beanipod becomes un-usable due to quality, damage (except general wear and tear) or the bean filling has deflated then please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss the options available, which may include replacing the product or sending out replacement bean filling.
